This is the version currently in force — the same text every client accepts when registering on the platform.
1Data we collect
Identity data: name, date of birth, nationality, a valid identity document and proof of address.
Contact data: email address, phone number and postal address.
Financial data: payment methods used, and your deposit, withdrawal and transfer history.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, login times, and the platform pages you visit.
2Why we collect it
To perform our contract with you and operate your account, to meet know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering obligations, to protect the platform from fraud and unauthorised access, and to improve the service and measure performance.
3Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
We share it only as far as necessary with: payment service providers, identity verification providers, infrastructure and hosting providers, and regulatory or judicial authorities where a lawful request exists.
4Retention
We retain identity data and financial records for the period financial regulations require after the relationship ends, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
5Your rights
You have the right to access your data and request correction, to request deletion within the limits of our regulatory obligations, to object to particular processing, and to withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time.

6Cookies
We use essential cookies to run your session and store preferences such as language, and analytical cookies to understand platform usage. You can control them in your browser settings, noting that disabling essential cookies prevents login.
7Data security
We encrypt the connection between you and us, limit internal access rights, and keep an audit log of every administrative action affecting your account.
One thing we tell you plainly because it concerns you directly: we keep a copy of your account password inside our system, and our authorised staff can see it when they service your account. For that reason do not use for this platform a password you use for your email or for any other service; choose a password used here and nowhere else.
Our staff will never ask you for your password in a message or a call. Anyone who asks you that way is not us.
